Talan Group takes over GCL EMEA activities

Talan, an international consulting group specializing in innovation and transformation through technology, is pleased to announce that it has taken over the activities of GCL EMEA, a consulting firm specializing in supply chain, logistics and transportation.

With more than 50 employees, GCL EMEA has been supporting its customers in their transformation projects since 2008, covering a wide range of areas of expertise: supply chain strategy, design and management of logistics platforms, redesign of distribution networks and optimization of transport, digitalization and information systems, change management and transition management.

"By choosing Talan to accelerate its development, GCL EMEA is demonstrating its confidence in us, based on our expertise in consulting, data and the cloud. We're really delighted with this partnership, which will enable us to strengthen our supply chain and logistics expertise, as well as conquer new markets in the EMEA region, particularly in Morocco".Mikaël THEPAUT, Chief Operating Officer of the Talan Group

GCL EMEA will now sit on Talan's Executive Committee for Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA).

"From the outset, GCL was impressed by the high degree of complementarity between our activities and those of Talan. This merger will enable us to develop real operational and commercial synergies, to the benefit of both our entities and, above all, our customers." Kamal CHRAIBI, founder of GCL EMEA

Talan and GCL EMEA would like to sincerely thank the law firms ARCHERS, KZ & Partners and ADNA ALN, as well as the accounting firms Ex&Co and Houston Consulting, for their support in this merger. It should be noted that GCL's historical activities on the American continent are not affected by this acquisition.
