Talan acquires Createch, a Canadian technology services and solutions company

This acquisition will enable Talan to accelerate its North American positioning in consulting and deployment of SAP, Microsoft, Oracle and IBM solutions. Talan is now a key player in Canada and North America with nearly 500 clients.

After 16 years with Bell, a major player in the Canadian telecommunications industry, Createch joins the Talan group. This merger is in line with Talan's North American growth strategy initiated in 2019 with the integration in Canada of Planaxis, in 2021 of Projexia through PASàPAS, and last November with the acquisition of Insum.

Createch is a Canadian company specializing in the design and deployment of technology solutions for its clients in many fields (industry, distribution, retail, finance, services and public sector, etc.).

This external growth operation allows Talan to strengthen its presence in North America with more than 650 employees and revenues of 120 million Canadian dollars.

Indeed, thanks to the know-how of Createch's nearly 300 employees, Talan will benefit from complementary expertise and create numerous synergies to serve its clients. For its part, Createch will leverage the expertise of Talan's 4,000 employees to increase its impact on the North American market.

Talan and Createch share strong human values, as explained by Mehdi Houas, President of Talan:

"This project is part of our Ambition 2024 plan, which calls for 10,000 employees within the group, including more than 3,000 in North America (...). In addition to our complementarities, we share with Createch strong human values that are part of our group's DNA, such as solidarity, integrity, excellence, humility, empathy and energy."

This strong human dimension will be a considerable asset to successfully carry out our clients' future transformation projects.
